Pricing Errors

On items in which the pricing was listed incorrectly due to an error in pricing or a Typographical error, we will contact you with the corrected price.  You may elect to complete any order you placed at our cost, however pricing errors will NOT be honored at the "error" price.

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO THE ABOVE EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

Please review our shipping policies as there are quite a few states with restrictions.  However it is up to you to fully understand your state and local laws.

Shipping and Terms/Conditions

·         Most orders ship next business day.

·         Please allow at least 48 hours for your tracking number to be emailed to you. You will also be able to find your order status at our customer account page.

·         Failure to verify order information in a timely manner will delay your shipment.

·         Because most of our products are drop-shipped, orders are subject the processing and lead times provided by our vendors.  Please note that expedited orders such as 2nd day air, 3-day, and next day service only affect the shipping lead time, but may not affect the time it takes the vendor to process and ship.

·         If you refuse the shipment, O2Guns will issue a credit for the product minus our shipping costs on receipt of the refused products from O2guns. A twenty percent (20%) restocking fee may be charged.

·         All orders containing CO² can only be shipped via Standard Ground Shipping.  CO² is not permitted to be shipped by air. Fraudulent orders will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

·         O2Guns is not required to inform you of your local laws and regulations. If you are unsure of your state’s laws pertaining to any the products you are considering ordering from O2Guns, you should consult your local, state, and/or federal authorities.

·         O2Guns will not ship to any person that is under the age of 18. All air guns and other restricted items will be ship with Adult Signature required upon delivery.

·         O2Guns reserves the right to delay shipment of items in till confirmation of legitimacy.  A confirmation email, phone call, or fax will be sent out following placement of your order, this email is used to verify payment information, shipping/billing information, and age of customer.

O2Guns Shipping Restrictions

O2Guns is unable to ship certain items to the following areas because of the laws, conditions, and restrictions:
                 

Restritions on BB guns, Airguns, and Airsoft guns:

·         New York City: No airguns or BB guns  New York City and its boroughs (Manhattan, Brooklyn, Bronx, Queens, Staten Island, these zip codes are: 100xx-104xx, 110xx, 112xx-114xx, 116xx)

·         New Jersey : Residents of New Jersey can buy BB guns and pellet guns from us through a designated local gun store after acquiring the appropriate firearm permit (airguns are considered firearms per NJ state law: Title 2C:39-1). Your local gun store must fax a copy of their FFL to O2Guns in order for us to ship the gun you ordered. Airsoft guns are not restricted by Title 2C:39-1, but they may be restricted by some county or municipal laws. It is up to the individual to determine if airsoft guns may be owned/possessed/used without special permits in their locale. Residents of New Jersey are permitted to by airguns once a Airgun Permit is obtained and the air gun must be shipped to a establishment with a FLL.,

·         Illinois: Residents of IL cannot buy airguns from us that are 700 fps or higher or airguns that are over .18 caliber.

·         Chicago, IL: Residents of Chicago, IL, cannot buy any airgun directly from us.

·         Washington, D.C. : No airguns, BB guns or airsoft guns can be shipped to addresses in Washington, DC.

·         Alaska: We cannot ship co2 to Alaska.

·         Hawaii: We cannot ship CO2 to Hawaii.

·         Michigan: residents may purchase pellet guns that require state permits or licenses by following these steps:

1. Inform 02Guns Air of the item you want to purchase.
2. Find a local participating dealer/retailer and let us know where to ship your gun. The item will be shipped to the designated dealer/retailer in your area.
3. Go to your local police department and obtain a permit to purchase the airgun. Each pellet gun purchase must have a separate permit.
4. After the permit is issued to you by the police, take it to the gun store where your gun was shipped.
5. After the permit is presented to the store and their fee is paid, they will give you the airgun.
6. Take the airgun back to the police department for a safety check and ballistics test.
7. After the tests are conducted and they determine that the airgun is safe, you can take the airgun home.

·         Johnson City, Tennessee: Airguns and airsoft guns cannot be shipped.

Slingshots:

Slingshots, slingshot ammo and slingshot supplies cannot be shipped to the following states, counties or cities:

·         Massachusetts

·         Minnesota: Duluth

·         Rhode Island

·         South Carolina: Charleston

·         Tennessee: Knoxville & Johnson City

·         Utah: Salt Lake County

·         Virginia: Falls Church

·         Delaware: Dover & Wilmington

·         Florida: St. Augustine

·         Illinois: Evergreen Park

·         New Jersey

·         New York: Only wrist-braced slingshots are illegal

Blowguns:

Blowguns or blowgun bolts/darts cannot be shipped to addresses in:

·         Massachusetts

·         California

·         New York City and its boroughs: Manhattan, Brooklyn, Bronx, Queens and Staten Island. The NYC ZIP Codes affected are: 100xx-104xx, 111xx, 112xx-114xx, 116xx.

Blank Guns:

Blank guns cannot be shipped to addresses in:

·         Virginia

·         Chicago, IL

·         New York City and its boroughs: Manhattan, Brooklyn, Bronx, Queens and Staten Island. The NYC ZIP Codes affected are: 100xx-104xx, 111xx, 112xx-114xx, 116xx.

Crossbows:

Crossbows cannot be shipped to addresses in:

·         North Carolina

·         New Jersey

·         New York City and its boroughs: Manhattan, Brooklyn, Bronx, Queens and Staten Island. The NYC ZIP Codes affected are: 100xx-104xx, 111xx, 112xx-114xx, 116xx.

·         Canada

Longbows:

Longbows cannot be shipped to addresses in New York City and its boroughs:
