Refund/Exchange
If you are within 30 days of receipt of your order and are looking to get a refund or exchange an item, you must first contact O2Guns to request a RMA(Return Merchandise Authorization).
• Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you have the option to return any item that is in new condition for full refund. To do this you must include all of the original packaging and any accessories that were included. If the item is missing any of these you may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
• As for items that are used, not in original packaging or otherwise not in new, salable condition are subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee.
• Please note that we do not refund any Shipping charges.
• If you attempt to disassemble or alter the appearance or functionality of your item, your warranty will be void and you will lose you right to return the item for a full refund
• If you are looking to simply exchange an item, please indicate that in the space available at the bottom of your invoice.
• 2 weeks from the date we receive all item(s) your exchange or refund will be processed.
• We have provided area at the bottom of your invoice for you to include the reason for your return alone with a phone number we can contact you at.
• We strongly recommend that you keep a copy of the invoice for your records.
• Next place the bottom of the invoice, which should include the reason for return and your phone number, in the box you are returning the item(s) in.
• Your final step is to contact O2Guns either by email or phone to get the address of the appropriate
warehouse.
