Can I refund or Exchange my order with O2Guns?

If there is an issue with an item in your order or you are not happy with your order, you may return it to us within 30-days of receipt of your order for a complete refund or exchange.  To do this you must request a RMA before shipping the item back, for detailed instructions please refer to our Return Policy section under Customer Service. 

What is the Warranty on my air gun? 

For the majority of the air guns we offer the manufacture warranty is 1-year from the date of purchase. For most airsoft guns the manufactures warranty is 30-days.  For detailed warranty information please refer our Return Policy section. Simple click on Return Policy to go directly to the page.

What forms of payment does O2Guns except?

When will my order be shipped?

All orders are usually shipped within 48 hours, however many orders ship within 24 hours.

How can I be sure it is safe to shop at O2Guns?

To insure the security of our customer credit card information and all other personal information, we use the top of the line secure server software (SSL) by Thawte. This software encrypts all of this valuable information so it is impossible to be seen by any one else.

Can you ship CO2 to Puerto Rico or Hawaii?

Because we only permitted to ship CO2 via ground shipping, we are not able to ship CO2 to Hawaii or Puerto Rico.

Does O2Guns have a gun repair shop?

No, we do not make any repairs.  The best way to get your airgun, pellet gun, BB gun, or Airsoft gun repaired is to contact the manufactures directly.  In most cases the Manufacture are able to do repairs and get the guns back to you in a very short amount of time. You will want to check with them to see if your item is still cover under their warranty.  You can find a list of all of the manufactures with their contact information at our Shipping Information Page.
